Maintain project records in accordance with internal quality system
Effective training and mentoring of staff to ensure the continued development of the PM team

Manage the project scope of work and services
Handle work breakdown structure, project schedule
Design man-hour budgets & equipment budgets
Ensure standards and procedures are to be adopted
Arrange the set-up of systems, which facilitate the project design in a timely and cost effective manner
Review all design activities on a regular basis and take action to ensure design de
