Role & Responsibilities are as follows (but not limited to):

Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contacts or via meetings or via telephone
Display efficiency in gathering customer Info. and Market Info. to enable negotiations regarding variations in Prices, Delivery and Customer Specifications
to their Managers

You will perform such a role as assigned to you by management as well as the Immediate Reporting Officer (G.M) from time to time.

STANDARD OF PERFORMANCE:

You commit yourself to devote your entire time for the assigned responsibilities so as to accomplish the given tasks and
achieving the objectives within the given time frame with expected quality and efficiency standards.

Train and motivate brokers to provide a better understanding of market/products. Monitor and review brokers performance and helping them in achieving maximum business.

Daily monitoring and reviewing the performance of team members on the basis of DSR.
