Client is seeking an Office Assistant to join their team.
As Office Assistant reporting to the Executive Assistant you will be tasked with providing administrative
support to our office staff.
This role will see you providing various administrative duties including mail, franking, relief reception,
stationery stocktake and ordering, general upkeep of kitchen and meeting rooms, travel bookings
and various other duties as requested, including assisting the Personal Assistants when required.
To be successful in this role you will possess the ability to work autonomously,
and be able to prioritise tasks whilst working in a constantly changing and demanding work environment.
You are comfortable working under pressure whilst still understanding the importance of attention
to detail and producing a high quality of work.
