We are seeking someone who can hit the ground running with the ability to self-manage in this sole charge role. The role of this position is to provide excellent customer service across all areas of the facility, including gallery, theatre, shop and administrative areas. In liaison with Performing Arts staff, the position holder will also provide specialised box office support for a 274 seat professional theatre and for performing arts events. The ideal candidate will be a system savvy administrator with at least 4 years' experience in customer support/administrative role who is competent in the use of Microsoft office applications, and has an eye for detail. It is essential you have a strong understanding of customer service as well as previous cash handling and reconciliation skills. Other tasks will include data entry, responding to information and ticketing enquiries, shop sales, and administrative support to staff as required. The position holder will be a member of the Customer Support team and will be the 'face of the centre' in this front line role.
