Receptionist required for a small, friendly law firm based in the City.
Working alongside one other Receptionist, the role is varied and includes meeting and greeting visitors,
answering calls, taking accurate messages, booking conference rooms and meeting rooms,
ordering food and refreshments, ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms are kept tidy,
report building maintenance issues to relevant department,
