Job: Business Analyst

Location: Irving, TX (On Site)

Role - onsite ?Business Analyst? role ? more like a Systems
Administration responsibility



- Knowledge and Experience in the Loftware Spectrum platform
- Printing ( testing of labels ) from the label design team
- Will be the Liaison between the Mentor site and the project team
- Work with the site project team and the global team to understand the
project needs
- Track Project status
- Troubleshoot printer and label design issues
- Work with the Engineering department to design and test new labels for
Mfg. equipments
- Manage the project related to Windows 10 upgrade by coordinating
with the Windows factory team
- Generate requests for the build and deployment of the Windows 10 PCs
- Complete the MLL TMP forms required for the workstation build
- Assist the MES decommission project
- Windows 10 upgrade project
- IRIS ticket management (J&J Ticket Portal)-Candidate Fix coordination
between team and resolve major issue.
- Candidate should have Loftware knowledge with IT background
