A Facets Product Consultant is responsible for providing customers with
application domain expertise related to enrollment and billing
functionality. Specifically, the individual will have the following
characteristics:

- The Facets analyst will conduct requirements discovery sessions.
Determine how best to configure the applications within Facets to meet the
defined requirements.
- The role requires general consulting and Facets application skills.
This role may require on-site participation.
- Experience should include a strong understanding of core
functionality, emphasizing enrollment/billing operations. Consult and
present best practices on Medicaid, Medicare and NASCO LOB enrollment
structure.
- Ability to provide advanced analysis, problem-solving, and interpret
application configuration.
- Good knowledge of Facets data structures.
- Must be able to liaison effectively with business and technical groups
and transfer Facets application knowledge to customer staff.
- Clearly articulate(both verbal and written) issues and provide
alternative solutions.
- Excellent in working with onshore/offshore resource models.
