Role: Sr. Project Manager



·         Manage large volume project program onboarding consisting of
multiple projects. Drive onboarding activities for project work through other
project leaders

·         Create, manage, and execute program level reports as required

·         Works with senior leadership, stakeholders, partners, and delivery
teams to track and maintain a program-level, update view of contractor headcount

·         Identifies, assesses, tracks and mitigates onboarding level issues
and risks at multiple levels, and drives decision making and escalations

·         Documents and manages project level dependencies

·         Builds and maintains forward looking contract management risk
management plans

·         Engages in tasks, requiring collaboration with multiple
stakeholders together to establish time-boxed action plans

·         Defines new processes and improves existing processes with the
concept of Continuous Improvement

·         Creates, maintains and disseminates onboarding information to
stakeholders

·         Manages access requirements for new contractors with team leaders,
security, and other required program areas

·         Create and maintain Rally requests and structure for Tech
Transformation Projects

·         Assist and participate with other onboarding, Learning, and
Performance requirements as required

 

Qualifications:

 

·         Bachelor?s Degree

·         10+ years of experience working with Fieldglass and TAPFIN
supporting large and complex cross-functional projects in a technology company

·         Strong technical project manager experience supporting large
products/projects

·         Experience with Agile project management methodologies

·         Demonstrated strong people leadership skills with focus on creating
positive, trusting relationships with Vendors, Leadership, Procurement,
engineers, business and technical staff, development teams

·         Ability to interact with senior levels of leadership effectively

·         Creative

·         Flexible

·         Ability to provide support for multiple time zones

·         Exceptional organizational skills

·         Excellent facilitation skills

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Expert level ability to communicate directly and clearly, with a
strong emphasis on careful listening

·         Working knowledge of user applications such as Microsoft products
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Teams
