We are a Telecommunications company seeking a Cabler to install, maintain and repair data transmissionequipment, conduits, cables and telecommunications equipment related to ongoing contracts. Tasks will include - Examining drawings, specifications and workareas Locating faults in telecommunications equipmentusing instruments and equipment Adjusting, replacing and repairing faulty items,and testing equipment using electronic instruments Installing fibre optic cabling Joining cables and sealing sheaths with lead and thermoplastic Installing telecommunications equipment and appliances Managing and training apprentices where appropriate Test newly installedor relocated cable in accordance with established procedures Joint building-Ariel, Fist''s Fosc''s FTPs wall boxes. Insertion Loss Testing OTDR and Insertion Loss testing Live patching Live cable works This is a full time role that would suit a driven professional with experience in this field. Salary commensurate with experience - starting at $55,000 per annum.
