Your responsibilities include: Delivery of training assessment Workplace visits, as required Administration duties (assessments, marking, attendance, record management etc.) Resource development, as required Participate in professional development activities, which include maintaining industry currency. Who you are? Someone who has... Relevant qualification(s) is a must (having theDiploma of HospitalityManagement minimum) and practicalindustry experience as a Chef would be an advantage.
