Your writing and translation work will be at the heart of the company’s business activities: advertising, documentation, communications, emails, software interface, websites, blog posts and more. Your responsibilities Write original texts in English and adapt (not simply translate) a variety of content from French into English (e.g., blog posts, press releases, newsletters, advertisements, guides, documentation, email templates, automated messages, social media posts, video scripts, flyers, web pages, administrative and commercial documents, etc.) Contribute to the design of the marketing team’s productions Participate in the marketing team’s periodic meetings Collaborate in the implementation of the communications strategy Conduct research to document original productions, such as blog posts on topics related to our applications Ensure consistency of terms and expressions used in all texts produced by the company Work with editors to ensure the linguistic quality of the texts published Take part in the drafting of procedures required to guide the team’s work Required profile You have a post-secondary degree in writing, translation, communications or a related field. You have at least two years of relevant experience. You are fluent in oral and written French. You are perfectly fluent in oral and written English, and English-speaking readers will find your English texts clear, effective and polished. You are able to write and translate in a variety of styles, on many topics, and for diverse audiences, ranging from the popularization of technical topics to more creative writing. You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and can learn new technological tools. Assets You have an interest in technology and linguistics. You are familiar with Antidote.
