Our team is growing! We are your Maritime John Deere Dealership with 15 locations to serve you, and we are looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of John Deere Turf and Consumer Sales Rep at our Miramichi, NB location. Purpose: Sells new and used John Deere turf & consumer equipment including lawn tractors to new and existing customers. Responsibilities: Represent the company for the sale of machinery to customers in a defined sales area Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment Monitor competitive activity/products Maintain all customer information in assigned territory Follow a defined sales process Assist with the preparation and execution of customer events Conduct new equipment field demonstrations Monitor trends in customer's business activities Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers Attend applicable sales training events/seminars   Requirements: Knowledge of turf equipment or farming or operational practices an asset Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions Ability to work flexible hours Excellent customer relationship skills Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports   We Offer: Full-time employment Opportunity for advancement within a progressive organization Competitive compensation package which includes salary Family health benefits Company pension plan.
