Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Process work orders, compute fees and charges, and prepare invoices for billing purposes.
  • Read, analyze and interpret contracts to properly prepare invoices. 
  • Compile data from vendor invoices and supporting documents to verify accuracy of billing data and to ensure proper job costing.
  • Investigate and resolve information discrepancies prior to executing billing.
  • Coordinate activities with various departments to ensure efficient and quality service.
  • Act as a back up to the Dispatcher
  • Create and update customer files (e.g. contact names, site addresses, contact information, etc.)
  • Perform various entries into the ERP system
  • Other various duties as required.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years similar experience in administration or Invoicing.
  • Ability to work with and support all team members, management, and shareholders.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
