Endeavor Schools has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager! This position can be based anywhere in the US but must have the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.  This position is a key role within our Welcome Team (Acquisitions), working with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition of school operations as new schools are onboarded.  The Project Manager will set up, migrate and/or optimize key information systems for newly acquired schools to ensure fidelity to Endeavor standards, providing data reporting and analysis for new schools to ensure we are on track to meet performance expectations. The selected candidate must be adept at both executing technical tasks and with cultivating strong relationships with an array of stakeholders.

Essential Tasks

  • Partner with the Acquisitions team to obtain valuable information and insights that will assist with the success and velocity of school integrations, understanding that the approach may need to be tailored to the unique needs of each individual school.
  • Develop strong working relationships with schools and across the Endeavor Support Team. This will entail managing a detailed project plan with deadlines and milestones, securing, and allocating resources, driving weekly and ad hoc project team meetings, providing feedback to the Leadership Team and actively mitigating risk.
  • Assisting with developing an array of self-service training and support tools to ensure proper adoption of Endeavor systems and processes, as well as to support the growth and development of our team members
  • Identify business change needs, assess the impact of those changes, capture, analyze and document requirements, manage the vendor selection process, and communicate impact on current operations to key stakeholders.
  • Scope out, present and implement strategic projects that enhance stakeholder satisfaction and financial performance, reduce operating costs and/or create operational efficiencies.
