Job Description St. Elizabeth Healthcare, one of the largest employers in NKY, is in search of a motivated professional for the position of Lead Payroll Administrator. This role is based at the corporate office in Erlanger, KY. The St. Elizabeth Healthcare Payroll Department offers an exceptional in-house payroll processing from start to finish utilizing PeopleSoft and Kronos. The department supports our 10,000+ associates, many of whom provide care for our valued patients. This role completes all aspects of paycheck production in an accurate and timely manner while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality. The Lead Payroll Administrator position is non-exempt, full time, 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of in-house payroll processing experience and will possess the following traits: positive, team player, patient, reliable, focused, resourceful. They prioritize tasks and demonstrate a willingness to learn from leaders and teammates. This position is challenging yet rewarding due to the nature of processing multiple pay frequencies for 2 entities, each with their own sets of pay policies. Responsibilities include:
