Job Description

The Corporate and HR Communications Coordinator is a key member of the Communications and PR team at St. Elizabeth Healthcare. This position?s overall responsibilities are to partner closely with the entire HR Division to meet their Communication needs as well as help drive internal communications content and strategies to support overall associate engagement and awareness. This includes tasks such as developing communications plans, content creation, execution of communication including but not limited to organizational-wide e-mails, eNewsletters, copy development on creative projects, speech writing and video support.

Job Duties

Be the communications lead for the Marketing and PR department to recruit new associates to St. Elizabeth. Partner closely with the HR recruitment teams to support their needs by helping to develop their marketing and communication strategies. Develop and execute a content plan including but not limited to working with creative services to develop advertising and videos, creating social media and other forms of media. Ensure a strong process is in place to manage and execute the work.

Serve as the communications liaison to HR across key pillars of DEI, Total Rewards and Benefits, Talent Management, Associate Engagement and Organizational Development. Support their needs through written and video communication and partnering closely with creative services to perform project management tasks to accomplish assigned work. Research and develop fresh and engaging content concepts for each area, both original ideas and as assigned by the Communications Manager. Develop and maintain relationships across the HR Division.

Help lead the development of written and visual content for organization-wide internal announcements and news, events, including supporting key channels of communications such as eNewsletters, speech writing, the intranet, digital screens, and signage. Execute internal bulk email creation, ensuring content meets business objectives and St. Elizabeth?s brand tone. Encourage associates to use our intranet and share their voices. Serve as an advisor to organizational leaders, supporting their communications needs and efforts, and proactively helping to define project scope.

Provide support and value to organizational PR efforts. Be on call for media needs and think through ways to connect Communications to external PR.

Performs other duties as assigned. Assumes responsibility for special assignments, particularly during crisis and special events.

Qualifications

Education, Credentials, Licenses:

? Bachelor?s degree in journalism, communications, public relations, English, marketing, or related field.

Specialized Knowledge:

? A great communicator - confident and building executive presence; able to relay information effectively, succinctly, and professionally via email, phone, and in-person.

? A strong writer - able to present ideas effectively through meaningful contributions

? An organized, proactive multitasker who works well with others across all departments

? A proactive person who will learn to anticipate issues, solving them with aplomb, or knowing when to elevate and ask for help
