Spring Creek Nursing and Rehab is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) (RN) for our long-term care (LTC) and skilled nursing facility.  Scope: Assumes administrative and clinical responsibility and accountability for managing patient care on the units. Assists in planning, coordinating, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating functions so the objectives and standards of nursing care are met on a continuing basis.
