Accounts Payable Administrator We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team to work out of our head office in Surrey, BC, located on 130 St. If you have experience processing electronic payments, are detail oriented, proficient in Excel, and a great communicator you have come to the right place!    Main Responsibilities Reconcile vendor and client statements, ensure appropriate documentation and approval for payment is evident Enter invoice for payment into Divalto Support monthly vendor reconciliations Process bi-weekly cheque run Reconcile unpaid invoices to vendor/client statements and corrects any discrepancies Maintain good business relationships   Education and Experience 3+ years accounts payable experience in a multi-branch environment. Experience working with vendors Knowledge of accounts payable full cycle Proficiency in Excel and Office 365 Experience working with larger ERP system (not Quickbooks or Simply Accounting) Experience working in high volume/transaction environment Basic math skills Ability to develop and grow relationships Proactive problem solver Excellent communication and organizational skills Good attention to detail   What We Offer Competitive salary - we take great pride in offering our workforce the best benefits and   compensation packages in our industry, and we think you will too.
