We are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing IT Project Management team. This individual will be responsible for all project commitments, which will vary in size and complexity, and will drive projects to ensure they are completed with quality, on time, and within budget.

About the role
  • Build strong partnerships throughout the organization, responsible for alignment of project scope and ultimate sign-off from all parties
  • Serve as a link between customer and IT for all project-related activity
  • Develop and monitor working plan to address timeframes, resources, and cost
  • Responsible for communicating project status to IT and all stakeholders on a regular basis; ensure project issues are documented and communicated thoroughly
  • Provide innovative and workable solutions to a wide range of technical challenges and business opportunities
  • Seek opportunities to improve communication and user participation
  • Formulate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for potential product candidates and coordination of product demonstrations
  • Ensure that project documentation is complete including requirements, design, testing, implementation, project management documentation and plans, policies and procedures, new standards, contacts, issues lists, and status reports


About you

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes
  • Experience in the delivery of successful application development and infrastructure projects
  • Proficient knowledge of project management utilizing an Agile approach
  • Proven ability to organize and coordinate efforts with others, both inside and outside of the department
  • Must be a team player and can work with all levels of users and management


Experience
  • Minimum of three years in Information Technology with experience in IT project management and/or business analysis is required
  • Previous experience working with business processes in a retail environment preferred


Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related field
  • Certified Associate in Project Management, Project Management Professional, or other credentials from the Project Management Institute preferred
