<p><strong>Title: Paid Family &amp; Medical Leave-SME</strong></p> <p><strong>Preferred Location : Chicago,IL / Cincinnati,OH. We are open for other locations as well.</strong><br /> <strong>Experience:</strong> <strong>10+ years of total experience is fine</strong>.</p> <p><strong>Duration: Fulltime</strong></p> <p><strong>Relevant Experience:</strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Read, understand and interpret federal and state laws, rules and regulations</li> <li>Work with teams and customers to develop PFML requirements</li> <li>Provide domain expertise to define and validate PFML solution</li> <li>Work with solution architects for development and maintenance of a PFML solution to be deployed in multiple environments</li> <li>Conduct gap sessions and finalize gaps and prepare training material</li> <li>Participate in marketing and bid pursuits</li> <li>Work closely with the Sales and Presales teams to create and nurture new market opportunities</li> <li>Work with Presales team to deliver winning solutions and proposals</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skill and Experience Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>A deep understanding of PFML laws, rules and regulations</li> <li>Five or more years&rsquo; paid family and medical leave domain experience</li> <li>Three to five years&rsquo; experience in program business operations, including experience in contributions/premiums/tax, claims intake, benefits adjudication, or appeals;</li> <li>Capable of conceptualizing the PFML offering and leading the business design</li> <li>Capable of collaborating and working with team members and customers, in person or virtually and also working individually;</li> <li>Good collaboration, presentation and written and verbal communication skills;</li> <li>Excellent listening, note taking and thinking skills</li> <li>Strong relationship and interpersonal skills. This role has many internal stakeholders and the successful candidate must be comfortable handling complexity in a diverse environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location &amp; Travel Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>The preferred location for the candidate is Cincinnati or Chicago. Open to other locations as well.</li> <li>The selected candidate is expected to travel to meet with prospective and existing customers across Unites States</li> <li>There will also be internal travel to successfully execute the responsibilities of the role</li> </ul>
