<p>Job Description</p> <p><strong>General Description:</strong></p> <p>This position reports directly to the Director of Supply Chain/Material Management. The role is responsible for maintaining adequate inventory levels, stocking the production supply rooms, processing incoming raw materials, managing materials in the ERP system, and completing annual physical inventories. You would also be responsible for directing workers in their daily activities and implementing new policies to improve productivity, safety, and quality. 12 - 15 direct reports.</p> <p><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>10 years of Pharmaceutical industry experience</li> <li>Must be an expert in pharmaceutical cGMP</li> <li>Must have 10 years of warehouse operations experience (all within Pharmaceutical industry preferred)</li> <li>Must have 5+ years of warehouse management experience managing both warehouse operations and warehouse employee</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain records of all variances according to establish procedures and ensure accuracy of all product transfers from one facility to other.</li> <li>Monitor all procurement requests of facilities and ensure accuracy in all inbound inventory and maintain records for same.</li> <li>Coordinates with the purchasing department with regards to incoming deliveries of raw materials and finished goods.</li> <li>Administer all return shipments of customers in case of any shortages and damages and communicate same to manufacturer.</li> <li>Monitor work of all inventory control personnel and ensure achievement of all objectives and provide improvements to same if required.</li> <li>Monitor and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions and maintain records of all stockroom locations.</li> <li>Monitor all inventory control processes and documents all procedures to maintain all equipment and tools.</li> <li>Ensures accuracy of product inventories against system records by conducting cycle counts on a periodic basis following appropriate guidelines.</li> <li>Prepare and update all required paperwork for vendor products and ensure accuracy in all inventories and resolve any issues in same.</li> </ul> <p><strong>EXPERIENCE AND NECESSARY SKILLS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree desired</li> <li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods when required</li> <li>Warehouse and manufacturing environment preferred</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and people skills</li> <li>APIC certification strongly desired</li> <li>Knowledge of cGMP guidelines/standards required</li> <li>Knowledge of processing materials in an ERP system</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
