Their innovative tech-savvy approach to healthcare and medical management has enabled them to stay ahead of the curve with an outstanding record of financial stability and superior integration of technology.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>They are&nbsp;seeking an experienced&nbsp;<strong>Full Stack&nbsp;Software Developer (.NET)</strong>&nbsp;to add to their growing team.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Overview:</strong></p> <p>Our client&#39;s software development team provides critical enabling technology solutions to redefine health care management through improved quality and efficient delivery of care.&nbsp;As a&nbsp;Full Stack .Net Software Developer, you will be part of a fast-paced multifunctional Agile team working to continuously refine and expand an innovative product portfolio that offers a broad range of management services to health care providers.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We are looking for a coding rock star with a passion for technology and a track record of developing innovative, high-quality, high-performing, and highly-secure enterprise-level work that commands respect from your peers.&nbsp;Qualified candidates must possess broad and deep full-stack experience with the latest Microsoft and web technologies, the ability to translate business requirements into the right technology solution, and superb communication and collaboration skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a 3-6 month+/- contracting engagement (contract to hire is their intent) located in Ontario, Calif.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The role will entail the development,&nbsp;support and maintenance of&nbsp;a variety of healthcare centric&nbsp;internal applications (new and old), web and mobile applications, that support both internal and external users and business stakeholders.&nbsp;This position is a member of a 7-person Scrum team that works in coordination with 5 other Scrum teams (3 onshore, 2 offshore) within our Enterprise Application Services department.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>&bull; Develop enterprise-level software that meets business needs using primarily Microsoft technologies</p> <p>&bull; Conform to industry best practices for code construction, software security, data security, scalability, and performance</p> <p>&bull; Interact with stakeholders to understand business requirements and accurately translate them into working code</p> <p>&bull; Provide reliable estimation of work and commit best efforts to delivering work in alignment with those estimates</p> <p>&bull; Consistently maintain a high level of quality in developed code</p> <p>&bull; Collaborate with other technology professionals (e.g., developers, testers, infrastructure personnel, DBAs, external vendors, etc.) on key architectural decisions and delivery of work</p> <p>&bull; Build collegial and effective working relationships with coworkers</p> <p>&bull; Demonstrate diligence, initiative, and follow-through in the execution of job duties</p> <p>&bull; Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and awareness of relevant emerging technologies</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <p>&bull; Extensive experience developing full-stack web, desktop, and server applications using Microsoft .Net and SQL Server</p> <p>&bull; Thorough troubleshooting and debugging skills required</p> <p>&bull; C#, MVC, WPF, and object-oriented programming required</p> <p>&bull; T-SQL, query optimization tools and techniques, relational database design, Entity Framework, and LINQ required</p> <p>&bull; HTML, CSS, Javascript, and JQuery required</p> <p>&bull; Experience practicing SOLID object-oriented design principles, implementing service-oriented application development techniques, and applying common design patterns and architectures (e.g., repository, factory, onion, microservices, event-driven, etc.)</p> <p>&bull; Visual Studio, SSMS, TFS/Azure DevOps, and Git required</p> <p>&bull; Proficiency with work item and defect tracking management systems (e.g., Team Foundation Server, Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, etc.)</p> <p>&bull; Experience working on complex systems integration projects that use a variety of standard Microsoft stack technologies (WCF, WebAPI, SSIS, BizTalk, MSMQ, etc.)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Ability:</strong></p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Engaged learner with the ability to quickly absorb and&nbsp;understand complex information</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Capable of accurately translating business requirements into&nbsp;working code</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to identify the correct tools and services for an&nbsp;application, and guide peers in understanding and adopting them</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to quickly identify and communicate project delivery&nbsp;risks</p> <p>&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nb
