<p><strong>Sepro-America<br /> Warrendale, PA<br /> Job Title: Shipping and Receiving (hourly; non-exempt)<br /> Reports to: Parts &amp; Service Manager</strong><br /> &nbsp;</p> <p>Looking for the individual who will support our Manufacturing and Parts Department activities by preparing materials and shipments.&nbsp;<br /> &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>EXPECTATIONS OF THIS ROLE:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Receiving incoming shipments or returns in ERP and place in proper warehouse location</li> <li>Pick spare parts from warehouse using packing slips and prepare shipments to customers using boxes, skids or crates</li> <li>Validate shipments in ERP (internal and external customers)</li> <li>Prepare electronic components prior to shipment (Pendants, Speed Drives, etc.)</li> <li>Assemble kits as required to maintain stock levels (SAKIT)</li> <li>Organize bulk returns to France (once per month)</li> <li>Participate in on-call program requiring on-demand support for parts shipments during weekends (rotating schedule)</li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS: </strong></p> <ul> <li>2 to 3 years previous experience in Shipping and Receiving</li> <li>Experience using UPS Worldship</li> <li>Basic computer skills</li> <li>Competency with typical hand and power tools used in building custom packaging</li> <li>Must be able to work out of corporate location of Warrendale; 9a.m.-6p.m. &nbsp;weekdays</li> </ul> <p><strong>SKILLS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Detail oriented person working with minimal mistakes due to the nature of the product</li> <li>Able to work efficiently while keeping up with demand of department</li> <li>Organized and methodical</li> <li>Communicates clearly and professionally</li> <li>Ability to work unsupervised</li> <li>Self-starter with sense of urgency</li> <li>Remain flexible in job duties as the company continues to develop</li> </ul> <p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.</li> <li>Ability to lift 70lbs or more on a regular basis.</li> </ul>
