As a telephone representative, you can relax and enjoy your day in your home office while making connections all over the world.<br /> <br /> <strong>Job Details</strong> <ul> <li>Due to corona virus, working from home is mandatory <ul> <li>Home office or ability to setup (computer/laptop, internet, phone line, headset)</li> </ul> </li> <li>Background checks mandatory</li> <li>Paid Training at $10/hour</li> <li>Full Benefits Provided for entire team <ul> <li>Health, Dental, Vision &amp; Life Insurance</li> </ul> </li> <li>Zero Out of Pocket Fees <ul> <li>If hired, sign paperwork, select training and that&#39;s it!!!&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <br /> <strong>Job Responsibilities</strong> <ul> <li>Work From Home - 30 hours a week, 4-6&nbsp;of which need to be on the weekend <ul> <li>Flexible scheduling (Anytime from (5am to 11pm)</li> <li>20 hours a week minimum required.&nbsp;</li> <li>If you do not have phone or internet setup YET, you are encouraged to still apply.&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li>Advise prospective and current customers by answering questions and addressing concerns about purchased products.</li> <li>Update database with new information every time a customer calls, and back up data regularly to protect sensitive customer information.</li> <li>Complete forms and record logs to create accurate, detailed files for each customer, providing insight into the target audience and what they want from the company.</li> <li>Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service.</li> <li>Boost morale in the office by encouraging other sales representatives and adopting a team mentality on the sales floor.</li> <li>Report any necessary changes to equipment or processes that will boost productivity and efficiency and cut back on wasted costs</li> </ul> <br /> <strong>Job Qualifications (Preferred)&nbsp;</strong> <ul> <li>Able to pass a background check and drug screening</li> <li>Professional phone etiquette</li> <li>Well organized and great attention to detail</li> </ul>
