<p>We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team&nbsp;Part-Time. To be successful in this role, you should have an HR or Recruitment background along with work experience in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates. Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus. Ultimately, you will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Work with recruiters to advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)</li> <li>Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and job boards)</li> <li>Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes</li> <li>Report to hiring managers and recruiters on the status of open positions</li> <li>Answer candidates&rsquo; queries regarding the application process</li> <li>Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate</li> <li>Participate in job fairs to boost the company&rsquo;s reputation</li> <li>Help new hires onboard</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Proven work experience as an HR Admin, Recruiter, or similar role</p> <p>Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting</p> <p>Experience using various interview formats</p> <p>Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases</p>
