<p><strong>Liberty HealthShare&nbsp;</strong>is seeking committed and professional&nbsp;<strong>Customer Service Representatives (Member Services Care Advocates).</strong><br /> &nbsp;</p> <p>Our Customer Service Representatives (Member Services) must be professional in appearance and speech since they are representing themselves as well as Liberty HealthShare.&nbsp;&nbsp;Our Customer Service Representatives (Member Services) will minister to our providers and / or members by answering and resolving questions related to the memberships while providing excellent customer service.</p> <p><br /> <strong>Hours for the position are: 11:00 am-7:30 pm.</strong></p> <p><br /> <strong>Primary duties:</strong></p> <ul> <li>To answer high volume calls while remaining caring, cooperative and calm</li> <li>Must have experience with high volume calls</li> <li>To use active listening skills</li> <li>To multi task while on and off the phone</li> <li>To possess dynamic computer skills that include accuracy and precise detail</li> <li>To follow through on tasks as promised</li> <li>Be a team player</li> <li>Be coachable in a positive manner</li> <li>This is NOT a sales job and No up-selling</li> <li>There are no scripts to follow</li> <li>Be a people person that gets joy out of helping others</li> <li>Experience with high volume calls will certainly help for this position</li> <li>Medical Terminology is a plus, but not required</li> <li>Fluent in Spanish is a plus but not required.We embrace successful candidates from varied backgrounds for this exciting position.
