<p>Our client based in Nashville, TN is a national provider of critical enabling technology solutions to support their corporate mission to redefine healthcare management through improved quality and efficient delivery of care.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This position is with a new business unit, that is currently being stood up and will be based in Nashville, TN and will report to the CIO</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>&bull; Strategic Planning</p> <p>&bull; Advise leadership in the design and implementation of a scalable, effective infrastructure for the entire organization including overall wireless, WAN and LAN architecture, Cloud, and mobile technology, VOIP, data systems, and business continuity</p> <p>&bull; Develop standard technology approaches and architecture and SOP&rsquo;s for the implementation and support of new clinical sites</p> <p>&bull; Maintain awareness and knowledge of new technologies that can enhance our clients&rsquo; operational excellence.&nbsp;Communicate with the Executive Management team and other members of leadership to identify and develop new technologies in support of their mission</p> <p>&bull; Develop, Define and Design the infrastructure roadmap, contribute to the technology strategy, and perform cost analysis and budget planning.</p> <p>&bull; Manage and maintain key vendor relationships and where appropriate implement</p> <p>Team Management</p> <p>&bull; Manage and a small team initially and support critical vendor relationships, ensuring SLA&rsquo;s and KPI&rsquo;s are met to meet contractual requirements</p> <p>&bull; Recruit, train, and lead a team to carry out the support and implementation of our customers&#39; technology infrastructure</p> <p>&bull; Develop, monitor, and evaluate performance and professional development objectives for all Infrastructure Services team staff.</p> <p>Infrastructure Management</p> <p>&bull; Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the availability and optimization of global infrastructure systems and services</p> <p>&bull; Onboard and manage vendor relationships with technology partners, integrators, and managed service providers responsible for supporting their global infrastructure</p> <p>&bull; Review service desk incident trends and escalation processes to ensure Infrastructure team is meeting SLAs for incident response and remediation</p> <p>&bull; Oversee lifecycle management and replacement process for infrastructure systems</p> <p>&bull; Serve as product owner for key infrastructure platforms including Office 365 / Microsoft 365 and Azure</p> <p>&bull; Leverage modern cloud-based enterprise mobility and security capabilities to build a secure platform built around zero-trust design principles&nbsp;</p> <p>&bull; Manage and improve global infrastructure monitoring capabilities and implement reporting processes for KPIs and operational metrics.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Data Systems</p> <p>&bull; Provide support and management of our clients&rsquo; database systems including, but not limited to, Microsoft SQL Server</p> <p>&bull; Provide Architectural and Operational support for data warehousing, ETL and data visualization</p> <p>Security</p> <p>&bull; In partnership with the Cyber Security team, maintain a high level of security and compliance on all workstations, servers, and cloud resources to meet HIPPA requirements</p> <p>&bull; Implement policies and procedures with management reporting to validate the integrity of operational and technical controls</p> <p>&bull; Assist in the implementation, maintenance and operational support of security technologies, processes and procedures</p> <p>Travel Requirements</p> <p>&bull; This position may require occasional travel to our clients&#39; Clinical Offices.</p> <p>Required Skills and Experience</p> <p>&bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Computer Science, and 6-9 years of experience in systems administration and infrastructure management; or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides IT support in a fast-paced, professional healthcare environment</p> <p>&bull; 3-5 years&rsquo; experience managing a team of five or more IT staff, including remote contingents</p> <p>&bull; Demonstrated vendor management experience</p> <p>&bull; Demonstrated effectiveness at delivering infrastructure projects</p> <p>&bull; Demonstrated experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms including leading a migration project</p> <p>&bull; Clear M365 / O365 experience preferably with EMS, Intune, Conditional Access and understanding of how to implement the advanced security features</p> <p>&bull; Experience in a highly regulated environment with clear security awareness &ndash; DOD, Financial Services, or large Healthcare Orgs</p> <p>&bull; ITSM and operations experience</p> <p>&bull; Experience with remote site deployments and building a repeatable process and playbook for tech deployments (think McDonald&#39;s franchise-type implementations or banks maybe)&nbsp;</p> <p>&bull; Proven experience in managing system lifecycles</p> <p>&bull; Proven experience with project management, strategic planning, and budgeting</p> <p>&bull; Operational and design profici
