<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p> <p><strong>Role: Epicor Administrator</strong></p> <p><strong>Location: Sparta, MI</strong></p> <p><strong>Job type: Fulltime</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><strong>:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage day to day operations of the Epicor ERP system.</li> <li>Analyze and implement improvements across all areas of Epicor MRP system including, quoting, sales, manufacturing, data collection, costing, and accounting.</li> <li>Work with operations to ensure system reflects accurate inventory and job cost information at all times.</li> <li>Maintain accurate bills of material and cost data.</li> <li>Build custom reports, dashboards, queries and application customizations to enhance system usability and efficiency.</li> <li>Work with software and service vendors to resolve issues and continually improve ERP system.</li> <li>Recommend and implement additional uses and modules of the ERP system to improve profitability.</li> <li>Lead person for system upgrades and new version installations.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Requirements (Education, Experience, Certifications):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related field</li> <li>Epicor 5+ years of:</li> <li>Setup and implementation of Epicor in a manufacturing environment</li> <li>Epicor tools DMT, BPM, BAQ, RDD, customizations (C#) and reporting with SSRS and Crystal</li> <li>Standard Costing in Epicor, building BOM&rsquo;s and costing and cost rolls</li> <li>SQL server use and administration</li> <li>GL Control Codes and Epicor Financial Reporting</li> </ul>
