<p>An industry leading in the Ag Retail business is looking to hire a Seed Marketing Manager.&nbsp; This person will be in charge of leading, developing and implementing sales strategy for seed of the entire sales staff.&nbsp; This is a salaried position with bonus based on seed sales success.&nbsp; This is a new position and they are willing to wait until they have the right person to fill it.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The sales staff for this company is very hard working and has been successful in the past but has plateaued when it comes to seed sales.&nbsp; The main responsibility of this position will be to jumpstart seed sales and drive the team to reach their potential.&nbsp; The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and knowledge of seed and seed sales.&nbsp; The perfect person to tell a sales person how to sell is someone who has done it themselves.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Pay:&nbsp; $90,000 - $110,000 + Bonus</p>
