Job Description: Execute the processes of integrating new employees into an organization (onboarding) and facilitating their departure when they leave (offboarding) Identify areas for improvement in the onboarding and offboarding processes and implement solutions to streamline operations Gather feedback from employees and stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of current processes and identify areas for enhancement Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR colleagues, IT professionals, and other stakeholders involved in the onboarding and offboarding processes Onboarding: Create and maintain onboarding materials such as welcome packets, handbooks, and training materials Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure new employees have all necessary requirements completed Assist new employees with setting up accounts, accessing systems, and obtaining necessary equipment Provide ongoing support and guidance to new employees as they acclimate to their roles and the organization Offboarding: Manage the exit process for departing employees, including internal communication strategy and collecting company property Update HR systems and documentation to reflect employee departures Coordinate with IT to revoke system access and collect company devices Communicate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth transition for work responsibilities and knowledge transfer Requirements: A bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in HR, administration, or a similar role is highly desirable, especially in positions involving onboarding, offboarding, or employee relations Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) may be beneficial Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing the various tasks involved in onboarding and offboarding processes
