We are unable to sponsor at this time.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>Direct applicants only, no corp-to-corp candidates, third parties, or agencies, please.</em></strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a right-to-hire position with our client.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Required Skills and Experience</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Experienced tester with experience working on &nbsp;Medicaid HHS and SNAP/TANF benefits projects</li> <li>Experience in writing and executing test scripts:</li> <li>Experience adhering to formal QA processes that use industry best practices.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Job Description</strong>:</p> <p>We are hiring a <strong>Quality Assurance Tester</strong> with Medicaid experience to work for us as a direct, full-time W2 salaried or hourly employee for our client in a potentially long-term contract opportunity.&nbsp; You will:</p> <ul> <li>Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases,</li> <li>Mentor other QA team members</li> <li>Create test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated) and execute them</li> <li>Diagnose defects and track them from discovery to resolution;</li> <li>Ensure that the client maintains high quality and accuracy up to software release;</li> <li>Ensure all testing work is carried out in accordance with the Testing Plan, including schedule and quality requirements;</li> <li>Provide feedback to the client on the implications of testing outcomes;</li> <li>Respond to all requests from stakeholders in a timely, professional manner;</li> <li>Review and analyze system specifications;</li> <li>Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans;</li> <li>Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results;</li> <li>Create logs to document testing phases and defects;</li> <li>Report bugs and errors to development teams;</li> <li>Troubleshoot issues;</li> <li>Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing;</li> <li>Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Why DTS? </strong></p> <p>We&rsquo;re growing, and we need great people to grow with us!
