We manufacture our own windows (hello, Canadian made!), we install our own products (no third parties here!), and we also specialize in full exterior restorations for large multi-family projects. Weve had a lot of practice at getting it right as we have been in business for over 37 years. What is Multi-Family Supply & Install? As our Multi-Family Supply & Install Representative, your main focus will be selling our fantastic high performance vinyl windows and their installation to large townhouse complexes or low-rise apartments that are managed by strata organizations. You''ll be the go-to person for these types of properties. The Position: The M.F.S.I. Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives. Through proactive Business Development activities, they create new opportunities to fuel our success. Our Representative goes above and beyond for customers, ensuring they have the best possible experience. They educate, sell, and provide attentive follow-up before and after the sale. Building long-term relationships is key to attracting new B2B opportunities and successfully closing sales. With a genuine passion for sales, our Sales Representative embraces the importance of ongoing customer engagement and follow-up, ultimately driving our growth and success. Core Accountabilities: Business Development: Create new opportunities in for our Multi-Family business sectors Actively participate in industry associations, including Property & Building Managers and Landlords. Network with Property Managers, Building Managers, and other influential B2B partners to build Centra''s reputation and identify new opportunities. Sales and Customer Engagement: Manage prospective customers, explaining the details of the different products offered and convincing them to buy our product directly. Meet with strata councils to present pricing proposals and provide MFSI presentations. Meet with prospective customers at times convenient for them, including evenings and some Saturdays. Provide education to the B2B community on the features and benefits of Centra Windows. Provide design guidance related to windows and doors. Negotiate with customers to win deals. Sales Support and Collaboration: Support marketing efforts and generate leads at tradeshows and networking events. Collaborate with the Centra Estimating support team, providing a strategy and risk assessment to win bids. Be able to interpret building plans and specifications to provide a strategic estimating direction. Strong collaborative team mindset, including presenting and supporting on opportunities owned by other reps. Maintain CRM database of prospective client information on a daily basis. Relentlessly follow up on opportunities, ensuring awareness of their status. Industry Expertise and Communication: Be a local expert on our competition, possessing detailed knowledge of product, installation, and pricing differences. Strong communication with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions tailored to their needs. Regularly visit sites, connecting with customers and creating solid relationships. Provide the Centra Estimating support team with a strategy and risk assessment to win the bid. Sales Performance and Accountability: Utilize natural ambition, competitive nature, and goal-oriented mindset to meet or exceed monthly sales forecasts. Take time with customers, giving thorough sales presentations. Ask for the sale. Always. Does This Sound Like You? If So, Let''s Talk! We''re looking for a seasoned professional who has a solid background in handling substantial sales. You should have at least 8 years of experience dealing with large-scale sales that typically involve a more extended sales cycle . Experience selling in the construction industry is a significant asset. Previous window selling experience is advantageous. You possess a hunter mentality, with the ability to be persuasive and goal-oriented while overcoming objections. You''re determined to directly drive sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets. Flexibility is your second nature, as you''re willing to meet customer needs, including evenings and Saturdays. Let''s Discuss Compensation: In addition to a base salary of $70,000, this sales position offers an exciting bonus and commission structure. Based on previous years'' data, the total estimated compensation for this role typically falls within the range of $100,000 to $125,000. It''s important to highlight that there is no commission
