<p>DEVOPS IT ENGINEER</p> <p>As a DevOps IT engineer, you will be a key contact working with the development team to build, deploy and maintain world-class applications for a leading Automotive Marketing and Technology company.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>- Setup build and deployment plans</p> <p>- Setup monitoring of all applications including performance and uptime monitoring</p> <p>- Deploy virtual machines and administer Google Cloud Platform</p> <p>- Maintain our networking infrastructure</p> <p>- Assist in pricing estimates for hosting solutions on-premise, in our hosting facility and in the cloud</p> <p>- Work closely with the development and IT to build applications in a modular and scalable fashion</p> <p>- Work with office associates and remote employees ensuring their desktop environments are maintained</p> <p>- Support our mail and phone systems</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>- 5+ years&#39; experience in IT support in a DevOps environment</p> <p>- 5+ years&#39; administering .Net stack applications, windows, IIS, SQL Server, etc.</p> <p>- Administrative experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Continuous Deployment using tools such as GIT, TFS, Bit Bucket, Bamboo</p> <p>- Solid understanding of networking infrastructure and security, firewalls, IDS</p> <p>- Solid understanding of security principles in technology, SOC 2 compliance standards experience a big plus!</p> <p>- Experience in VMware and virtualization</p> <p>- Experience in performance, uptime monitoring, and debugging solutions through the IT stack</p> <p>- Knowledge in automation testing tools like SonarQube, Selenium or other similar tools</p> <p>- Working knowledge of Microservices and how they are applied in a cloud environment, especially as they relate to .NET, AZURE, AWS, GCP</p> <p>- Extensive experience with security principles: Authentication, authorization, OAUTH, SAML, public-private key encryption, asymmetric encryption, symmetric encryption, token validation, encoding, single sign-on</p> <p>- Knowledge of caching strategy to improve the performance of security systems</p> <p>- Monthly &ldquo;On-Call&rdquo; rotation with ability to respond 24-hours a day to emergencies</p> <p>- Monthly weekend rotation for Production Patching</p> <p>- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related work experience</p> <p>- A+, MCP, Dell certifications and Microsoft Office expertise, a plus!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>COMPENSATION</p> <p>Competitive compensation will be commensurate with experience.
