<p><strong>Knowledge and skills</strong></p> <p>&middot; Strong project coordination skills.</p> <p>&middot; Good understanding of networks and data transmission methods, platform and architecture, XML, web services, security, and databases</p> <p>&middot; Understanding of hardware separation and integrations activity is helpful</p> <p>&middot; Ability to lead team meetings, creating, tracking and communicating project, requirements, plans, schedules, and developing detailed documentation to help identify gaps and address challenges or roadblocks within the project.</p> <p>&middot; Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs</p> <p>&middot; Ability to lead more than one project at a time</p> <p>&middot; Have strong knowledge and use of project management methodologies and tools</p> <p>&middot; Self-starter who can deliver results with minimal guidance</p> <p>&middot; Customer focus, with strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills</p> <p>&middot; Ability and desire to quickly learn new technologies</p> <p>&middot; Able to manage internal customer relationships and expectations</p> <p>&middot; Outstanding organizational and communication skills, oral and written.</p> <p>&middot; Ability to efficiently prioritize, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</p> <p>&middot; Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.</p> <p>&middot; Experience working directly with the end-user community to synthesize, capture, and clearly communicate requirements</p> <p>&middot; Experience leading the design of systems integration work, architecting interfaces between government systems and vendor solutions is a plus</p> <p>&middot; Proficient in SharePoint, MS Project and MS Office applications primarily Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</p> <p>&middot; Knowledge of Idemia products is a plus</p>
