The team is collaborative and motivated, learning from successes and failures with an openness to change. <ul> <li><strong>Requirements</strong> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field is a plus</li> <li>0-3 years project/account management experience</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills</li> <li>Strong organizational skill set with the ability to prioritize tasks, set schedules and finalize projects within appropriate timeframes and meet high quality standards</li> <li>Strong attention to detail</li> <li>Strong presentation skills</li> <li>Ability to work well within a team and independently</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>This Job Might Be For You If</strong> <ul> <li>You enjoy solving problems. With us, that truly makes a difference.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Responsibilities</strong> <ul> <li>Communicating closely with clients to develop a comprehensive understanding of each client account</li> <li>Devising an integrated marketing campaign strategy and timeline; execute the necessary marketing mix throughout the event cycle</li> <li>Initiate and maintaining marketing plans, task tracking, creative directives and editing requests</li> <li>Creating and managing marketing toolkits for each client</li> <li>Track and analyze statistics; constantly be on the lookout for ways to quantifiably improve our business</li> <li>Preparing post-campaign recap analysis</li> </ul> </li> </ul> </li> </ul>
