In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with and satisfying the most important element of our company &#39; the customers. As a Customer Service Professional , you will&nbsp;set productivity goals and work diligently towards meeting them. To perform this job, you must be comfortable with speaking for extended periods of time and working at your home in a quiet home office/space. We are a company that is fully committed to helping you succeed. if you believe you have what it takes to keep our clients happy, we would be interested in making you a part of our team.<br /> <br /> <strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Take incoming calls from clients and listen to concerns, complaints, and questions carefully.</li> <li>Always maintain a professional demeanor and take notes on customer remarks and issues.</li> <li>Excellent PC and computer skills.</li> <li>Ability to interact with customers utilizing strong written skills as well as deep customer empathy.</li> <li>Skilled and efficient in written communication</li> <li>Outstanding problem-solving skills</li> <li>Ability to provide knowledgeable, friendly and eloquent customer service</li> <li>Knowledge of and experience with measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty across broad functional areas and diverse geographies.</li> <li>Quiet place to set up a home office/space</li> <li>Must be able to pass a background check</li> <li>Must live in any state other than CA, WI, OR, MD, MA, NY, CT</li> </ul> <p><br /> <strong>Job Skills &amp; Qualifications&nbsp;</strong><strong>Required</strong><br /> <br /> &#39; Strong communication and problem-solving skills<br /> &#39; Ability to multitask<br /> &#39; High school diploma or equivalent<br /> &#39; Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills<br /> &#39; Comfortable sitting and speaking for long periods of time</p> <br /> &nbsp;
