<p>Help Desk Support Specialist<br /> <br /> Location:&nbsp; Phoenix/Scottsdale<br /> 6 month contract to hire opportunity<br /> <br /> This position requires experience with MAC OSX and support of Apple MAC users<br /> <br /> <strong>Requirements</strong><br /> &bull;3+ years of experience in providing help desk support<br /> &bull;Proficient in MS Office Suite, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 and <strong>Mac OSX</strong><br /> &bull;Proficient on<strong> Apple</strong>, Android and Windows mobile devices<br /> &bull;Microsoft, CompTIA, Apple Certifications (preferred but not required)<br /> &bull;Strong client-facing and communication skills<br /> &bull;Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills<br /> &bull;Customer service orientation<br /> &bull;Ability to travel 10%<br /> &bull;Ability to work after hours and on-call weekend rotation</p>
