JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the VP Customer Experience and in close collaboration with the CEO, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to onboarding of new customers in the Ontario region. You will play a key role in achieving the company's customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives and responsible for both inbound and outbound sales within your region. 

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES DURING THE FIRST YEAR WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:

  • Prospecting activities to develop new customers for ATLAS in English-speaking provinces. 
  • Virtual demo presentations of the ATLAS solution in collaboration with the Customer Experience team. 
  • Draft proposals and and follow-up with potential clients on service offers until signature.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience team for implementation and support of newly integrated customers.
  • Respond to inbound potential customer inquiries.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute commercialization strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop an increased knowledge of the IT system and a strong understanding of recruitment dynamics in all types of organizations, both public and private.
  • Participate in relevant events and trade shows of the HR industry. 
  • Monitor industry trends.
  • Perform other duties as required.

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS POSITION

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service and/or sales role.
  • College or university degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
